We at Vertical Peak Technologies offer pre-employment, regular and annual safety training to ensure the safety of our employees. We put our employees and initial weeklong safety training course. We cover topics like rescue training and how to use the appropriate equipment to complete complex tasks in a safe manner. This course is taught by our in-house safety trainer, who also makes regular visits to job sites to ensure the safety of our employees.

Current Open Positions
FOREMAN/CREW LEAD
The foreman or crew leader displaces high leadership, time management, vast safety knowledge, and organizational skills.
The candidate must have at least five years of previous experience in site construction and previous or current certifications to be validated.
TOP HAND/TOWER LEAD
The top hand or tower lead displaces leadership, safety awareness, time management, and organizational skills.
The candidate must have at least three years of previous experience in site construction and previous or current certifications to be validated.
TOWER TECHNICIANS
The tower technicians have previous experience or are new to the industry. They must be able to follow specific instructions and safety measures to ensure their safety and of others.
The candidate must be physically capable of lifting 50lbs and climbing 800’ or greater in a day.
